Little Rock-based Millennium Payroll Solutions LLC has been serving small to medium businesses across the nation since 2000. Millennium’s clients love delegating the hassle and responsibility of payroll and payroll tax processing to us.

Carol Rogers, co-owner and Operations Director of Millennium has been with the company for the past four of her 20 years in accounting. Carol brings a wealth of business management experience to her clients, having worked in the specialized field of Medical Management for 10 years and with the strict financial structures of non-profits for six. In fact, as Financial Director of American Lung Association, Carol has managed multi-million dollar grant budgets.

It is this unique background that enables her to cater to her clients’ business needs in ways that larger firms don’t have time to do, and smaller firms lack the expertise to do. Through Carol, Millennium expresses its willingness to make a difference for its clients:

I really enjoy helping our clients have successful businesses. Of course, the main way we do that is by taking payroll tax and payroll concerns off their hands. But, I’m often asked to assist clients further, by offering instruction on the general ledger payroll entry, and HR procedures.

Co-owner Neil Denman, a certified public accountant, contributes to Millennium’s financial expertise, having worked in a Big 5 accounting firm as well as in a number of business industries. Neil ensures that Millennium’s clients are compliant with the ever-changing tax laws of each client’s state and our nation. Neil is active in the business community, speaking to civic and service groups about the ways financial discipline can set small businesses up for success.
